  • Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. We receive the information needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, and the transaction ID.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and server logs.
  • Messages you send us: for example, emails to hello@artolabs.net.

  • to process your order and deliver your downloads;
  • to give support and answer your messages;
  • to keep the Site secure and to prevent fraud and misuse;

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • PayPal, to process payments;
  • our hosting providers, which host the Site;

We keep order and account records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and legal requirements, and to give you access to your downloads while your account exists. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

The Site is operated from Indonesia. Your information may be processed in Indonesia and in the countries where our service providers operate.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
