1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from artolabs.net (the “Site”), operated by Artolabs, Yogyakarta, Indonesia (“Artolabs”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms, the License, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Products

We sell digital products: fonts, illustrations, and graphic assets. Products are delivered as downloadable files. We do not ship physical goods. We describe and preview our products as accurately as we can, but colors and rendering may look different on your screen.

3. Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time. The price shown when you place your order applies.
  • Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
  • An order is complete when we receive confirmation of your payment.
  • Prices include applicable taxes.
  • We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the price or product information.

4. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, your download links are available in your order confirmation email and on the order confirmation page. If you have an account, you can also find them under My Account → Downloads. Your download links do not expire. We recommend saving a copy of your files, because we cannot promise to keep a product available forever. You are responsible for keeping your downloaded files safe.

5. License

Your use of a product is governed by the License for the license type you purchased. Buying a product does not transfer ownership. Artolabs keeps all copyright. If you use a product outside its license, your license ends as described in the License.

6. Accounts

You can create an account to manage your orders and downloads. Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to share, resell, or misuse our products.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • share, resell, or upload our products to file-sharing sites, libraries, or marketplaces;
  • try to copy or extract the files used for previews on the Site;
  • use the Site unlawfully, or try to gain unauthorised access to it or to other people’s accounts.

8. Refunds

All sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy before you buy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

9.1 Our products are provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to deliver files that work, but we do not promise that they are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

9.2 To the extent allowed by law, Artolabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned.

9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
